Swad Wala Suji Halwa – Maa Ke Haathon Ka Magic Asaan aur Swadisht Bharatiya Meetha

Samagri (Ingredients):

1 cup suji (rava/semolina)

3/4 to 1 cup cheeni (apne taste ke hisaab se)

2.5 cup paani ya doodh (ya dono ka mix)

4 tbsp ghee

4-5 elaichi (crushed)

Dry fruits (kaju, badam, kishmish – optional)


👩‍🍳 Banane Ki Vidhi (Steps):

  1. Preparation:

Ek pan mein paani ya doodh garam kar lo, usme cheeni aur elaichi mila lo aur side mein rakh do.

  1. Suji Bhunna:

Dusre pan mein ghee garam karo, usme suji daal kar slow flame par 7–8 minute tak bhuno jab tak golden brown ho jaaye aur achhi khushboo aaye. Is stage par patience zaroori hai!

  1. Mixing:

Ab garam cheeni wala paani dhyan se suji mein daalo. Dhyan rahe ki halka splash ho sakta hai, isliye dheere daalein.

  1. Cooking:

Lagatar chammach chalate raho taki lumps na banein. 3–5 minute mein suji saara liquid soak kar legi aur soft halwa ban jaayega.

  1. Tadka aur Finishing Touch:

Upar se thode dry fruits daalein aur ek chammach ghee aur mila dein for rich flavour.
